Gusu Machinery's chocolate chip machine is a mechanical device used for the production of small chocolate particles. It primarily works by pouring melted chocolate in droplet form onto a conveyor belt, which then transports the chocolate into a cooling tunnel for solidification, forming button-shaped, teardrop-shaped, and other specific shapes of chocolate products.

The chocolate chip depositor is made of food-grade stainless steel to ensure food safety and durability. Depending on the production scale, the chocolate chip depositor is available in different widths, and the cooling tunnel can also be customized in length and width as needed, making it suitable for various food manufacturers. Gusu Machinery offers two models: the QDJ chocolate chip depositor and the GQDJ rotary chocolate chip depositor.
QDJ series chocolate chips machine:
Featuring a dual-cylinder design, it can dispense two different colors of chocolate paste, enabling the production of single-color or two-color chocolate chips. It offers precise control and automated operation.

GQDJ series drum-type chocolate chip machine:
It enables continuous production with higher output. The size and type of chocolate chips can be changed by simply replacing the outer drum. Operation is simple, requiring only one person and two minutes to easily change the outer drum.
