The chocolate cooling tunnel is designed specifically for cooling various chocolate products, primarily after pouring and molding. The chocolate is held in the cooling tunnel for 15 to 45 minutes at a temperature of 0°C-10°C. The tunnel is constructed entirely of SUS304 stainless steel, and its length and width can be customized to meet individual customer requirements.
Description
The temperature and conveyor speed can be easily controlled via a control panel, ensuring precise control of the entire cooling process and ensuring high product quality. All cooling tunnel covers are jacketed and equipped with stainless steel support rods for easy cleaning.
For chocolates with more demanding cooling requirements, we also offer multi-layer cooling tunnels. These feature additional internal layers, allowing for switching between direct cooling and radiant cooling to meet diverse product requirements.
