Description
The chocolate decorator utilizes both longitudinal and transverse motion. Each vent hole is matched to a needle and a separate material supply system. Simple adjustments to the belt and decorator speeds create a variety of cycles. The decorator can be installed between the chocolate enrober and the cooling tunnel, or as an add-on unit inside the enrober, sharing the same mesh belt as the enrober.
